POST-GAME
Be real, you did not drink water, eat well or relax before your night out. So what now? Let’s salvage what’s left of our livelihood, appearance and begin our recovery.
Start with a shower. Before you hop out, turn the water to ice cold & stand in the pain for at least 10 seconds. (If a shower isn’t in the cards right away, fill a big bowl with ice & water & dunk your head in it),
Pound the water! Just keep sippin’.
Pop some Ibuprofen (NOT Acetaminophen)
Eat some grub. My go-to is always a nice cheeseburger & fries.
Queue up your favorite show or movie & prepare to nap.
If all else fails, whip up a Barmaid Bloody Mary!
