HEY BARMAID!

There’s nothing quite like grabbing drinks with your favorite people. However, if the drinks flop and the ambiance is mediocre, that could make for a pretty forgettable night. I found myself out at bars where the drinks were too expensive and the atmosphere needed a vibe check. That’s when the party began to migrate to my humble abode of an apartment where I could make the drinks and set the tone of the night.

So, a hostess was born.

I began hosting friends, creating an energy and of course, making drinks. I came to find that once you understand the ratios and source good ingredients, making a killer espresso martini is pretty simple. Then I thought, well what is stopping me from making any other cocktail?

So, a barmaid was born.
